布面吸毛箱系列

一、 用途

该系列产品是由我公司在行业内最先设计制作的专利系列产品，经过多年的实践积累已能够满足：针织、梭织、毛纺、皮革、呢绒、化纤、混纺、橡塑织物、玻璃纤维布、纱巾布等产业。结合纺织品印花、染色、整理工艺要求应用在：坯布烧毛前后、退浆前、丝光前、染色前、印花前、植绒前、涂层前、磨毛后、定型前后，根据织物特性选用组合拍打或刷毛处理或真空吸尘或气流等方式，通过自制专利高压排尘风机，确保线丝、毛絮不会吸附缠绕叶片，快速进入集尘箱体或储尘袋集中储尘;以达到减少水洗工序，减少织物印花、染色、涂层瑕疵。

我公司产品涵盖：圆网印花吸尘、平网印花吸尘、针织印花吸尘、四面弹性针织印花卧式导带吸尘、包括织物翻布、烧毛、退浆、丝光、染色、印花、定型、磨毛、涂层、植绒、提花、割绒等各工艺段的吸尘装置，能够叠加组合用于麂皮绒、桃皮绒、革基布、涤锦棉磨毛布等特殊面料的深加工刷毛/吸毛处理。

5、 优点：刷毛后的织物手感柔和，后续加工毛羽更均匀。

6、 可选用PLC对车速、风量、张力进行全程控制。

7、 除尘采用专利高压风机和除尘箱体结合的方式，达到快速高效的除尘效果。
