Application

The machine is designed by our company, with patented structure and characteristics, and can meet the needs of different fabrics and fabrics. One side or two sides are used for dust removal and finishing in the form of "external force beating" or "brushing" or "vacuum" or "air flow", so as to separate the wool.

The machine can be equipped with various in and out fabric mechanisms, such as edge absorber, photoelectric assembly, swing arm cloth, large roll out fabric, air expansion shaft winding, edge staggering device, etc., and the closed glass sliding door box structure can be used to observe the effect of brushing and cashmere absorption in the whole process.

④. The whole machine adopts motor protection system, tension control system and PLC frequency conversion control system, which can control and adjust the bristle tension of different fabrics, and the operation is simple and practical.

Combined with the unique patented technology: multi angle adjustment mechanism, when the fabric is treated on one side, it can manually operate or automatically control to move the extra roller away, and adopt wind pressure treatment to blow the strong wind on the reverse side of the fabric to form air flow beating, so that the fabric can get strong support and dust blowing when brushing or beating.In order to satisfy the brush finishing of knitted fabrics, choose constant tension frequency conversion control and airflow control, brush box part adopts regulating rod and wind pressure plate, make fabric in brush box always stress even more to avoid fabric because of tension of warp cloth, issues about skew and cloth phenomenon.

In order to meet the needs of the woolen finishing of knitted fabrics, constant tension frequency conversion control and air volume control are used. The box body part adopts regulating roller and air pressure plate to make the fabric uniformly stressed all the time and avoid the phenomenon of fabric suction, weft skew and rolling due to tension.The machine adopts the automatic cleaning device for air duct, combining with the electrical control, effectively avoid: suede, leather fabric, woolen cloth, sanded fabrics produced by processing amount of flocculent clogging; high pressure fan and reasonable (patent product), ensure the batting, wire winding blade at the same time not impurity fast pump from the.

In view of the fine dust particles produced by some fabric bristles, our company takes the lead in adopting the air knife mechanism, multi-stage dust removal and filtration, and water curtain dust removal technology for users to choose from. The whole machine is equipped with an automatic air duct cleaning device, combined with electrical control and the optional high-efficiency electrostatic eliminator, which can be fully applied to the processing of suede, leather base cloth, wool textile, worsted cloth, polyester cotton and all kinds of knitted fabrics. A large number of wool produced is equipped with a patented high-pressure fan to ensure that the wool and thread will not wrap around the blade and quickly pull away.
